2010 Cancellation Policy

Effective January 1, 2010 cancellation policy of 24 hour Notice will be strictly enforced:  this includes not showing up for your appointment or calling in to cancel your appointment giving a notice of 24 hours.

Giving a 24 hours notice will allow us to fill the opened appointment with another client. The charge will be at the rate of $80.00 per missed or late canceled appointment.

Prescriptions for Massage
In our tough economic times, private health insurance companies (Aetna, Premera, Uniform and Cigna) are now making it harder for massage and other alternative healthcare to be covered.   We are seeing more denials of coverage than ever before.  Massage with Style has received a bulletin from Premera that is requiring all members to have prescriptions for massage starting in May.  It’s was a very difficult decision but we are starting to require prescriptions from you, our clients, for any massage that we bill your insurance provider.  There are a few exceptions, so please contact your insurance provider to be sure that we can bill your private insurance for your massage.  As always, it will be at the therapist’s discretion to provide services without a prescription.
