Liz is a Licensed Massage Practitioner, Master Reflexologist, Reiki Master and a self-identified “geek.” With a thorough assessment, she can identify specific muscular areas related to your chronic pain and ease the tension with expert technique. Choose from a variety of modalities including Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Rehabilitative, Myofascial Pain Therapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Manual Ligament Therapy, Acupressure and Reflexology. During the intake, she will help you identify which one is appropriate for you.
Not just another massage! A massage session with Liz is anything except routine. Each session is carefully formulated and personalized to address your unique situation. She takes the time to listen to your needs and preferences and can adjust her technique to meet your comfort level.
Liz has been a practicing Massage Therapist and Reflexologist for the last 8 years. Reiki Master/Teacher since 1998. Aromatherapist since 2002.
