Liz is a Licensed Massage Practitioner, Master Reflexologist, Reiki Master and a self-identified “geek.” With a thorough assessment, she can identify specific muscular areas related to your chronic pain and ease the tension with expert technique. Choose from a variety of modalities including Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Rehabilitative, Myofacisal Pain Therapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Acupressure and Reflexology. During the intake, she will help you identify which one is appropriate for you.
